Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. Each student will be provided with Arduino Uno board to create electronics prototype and will use Arduino Integrated Development Environment to program and test electronics prototype.
No prior electronics or programming knowledge is required.
Get hands-on with TETRIX / VEX / REV Robotics Kit. Start building with aluminium and electronics component to construct robot. Once the nut and bolts of the robot are assembled add servo motors, self-made electornics circuits, sensors and Robotics Controller. After completing the robot assembly, begin coding with Java/C++ and learn programming and linux fundamentals.
Student will troubleshoot eletronics circuits and debug their programs. Acquire advanced knowledge on hands-on mechanics, critical thinking, programming, ability to work in a team.
No prior electronics or programming knowledge is required. There is no 'take away' robotics kit or parts that goes home with the student.
